The Denham Technologies Campus project comprises 140 acres of land in a strategically important location. It is located adjacent to the M25/M40 interchange, immediately south of the hamlet of Tatling End in Denham, with easy access to central London and the UK’s international airport of Heathrow.

Our ambition is to create a technological, commercial, and industrial campus which will provide approximately 1.5m square feet of office space and research facility, generating thousands of jobs.

Total investment for the project is anticipated to be in the region of £480m.
