The Data Centre Campus is a proposed large-scale data centre development on approximately 115 acres of land in West London, positioned within the London-Slough data corridor. The site benefits from direct access to the M25, M40 and A40 network, proximity to Heathrow Airport, strong fibre connectivity and nearby high-voltage grid infrastructure.

The current feasibility scheme provides for a phased campus of approximately 2.12 million sq ft GIA and 1.59 million sq ft NIA. Technical assumptions include approximately 396 MVA of electricity capacity and around 281 MW of IT load, with the masterplan accommodating data halls, substations and associated infrastructure. The project is being progressed through design, grid and planning workstreams. Total investment is estimated at £2.1 billion.
